More January Pictures!

Life is good here at the Ham house!  Fancy is doing a wonderful job caring for Emery everyday.  We enjoy seeing Fancy every morning and afternoon.  She and Emery are becoming great friends!  Carson loves to play musical instruments.  He plays the piano, guitar, harmonica, and his favorite are the drums.  He is going to be a musical athlete.  We really look forward to the weekends around here.  Spending time together as a family is the best.  This week my mom and dad are coming to visit and we just cannot wait to see them!

The Weekend Without Daddy.

This past weekend Justin went deer hunting and left the kids and me at home alone.  I will be honest I was scared!  It was my first time to be alone with two kids for more than one day.  But it went so well I couldn't believe it.  Carson, Emery, and I had so much fun together!  We played all weekend and even made it out to get Carson some cowboy boots.  The weekend was great but I was so happy to see Justin when he got home Sunday!  His hunting trip was successful too, he shot a ten point.  All of these pictures were taken with my iphone so that I could send them to Justin during the weekend.

Happy New Year!!

I cannot believe 2011 is here. 2010 was quite an eventful year. It was full of good times and a few hard times. Being pregnant was wonderful! Watching Carson grow into a little boy with a great personality has been amazing. One of Justin's close college friends passing away was hard to believe. Ellen getting married to Jared in Colorado was so fun. Making memories with family and friends was unforgettable! Having a little girl was a dream come true. Emery having Down Syndrome is still hard to understand. Knowing that the Lord has great things planned for my family is so comforting.  I cannot wait to see what 2011 has in store for me and my family!

Call to Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know.

Christmas Day in Waco!

Carson does not get Christmas quite yet.  We tried to explain to him that Christmas is Jesus' birthday.  We even baked a birthday cake and sang Happy Birthday to Jesus.  When he woke up on Christmas morning he did not understand why we were all up with our cameras ready.  He just stood there.  It was too cute!  He would have been happy with just one present, the football.  I gave a Justin tickets to the PGA Championship.  He had no idea what I was getting him for Christmas.  I made him a little puzzle that he had to unscramble that said PGA Championship.  We had a great Christmas!
