Pirates!!

Carson and I went to a Pixies and Pirates Party last weekend that the Junior League put on.  Carson had so much fun dressing up and playing with friends!

Carson got a hair cut recently and both kids had fun sitting in the neat firetruck and police car.  Carson and Emery took their first wagon ride together to the park.  Emery had another first, playing in the sand.  She loved it!  Carson loves his sister very much but he does not hug her too often.  I was lucky enough to catch one of those sweet hugs with my camera.  For Valentine's Day we got Carson an airplane from the 'Cars' movie.  He had been asking for this airplane for weeks.  He was so excited when he got it!  My kids love to play with the big toy cars at Toys-R-Us.  Not sure if they are really allowed to play on the cars but it is good entertainment.  The last pictures are of our trip to the Odessa mall.  The kids has so much fun!  They had lots of kid activities that kids really enjoyed.

 

Waco Weekend

We spent the weekend in Waco celebrating my mom's 60 birthday and Ellen's 30 birthday.  It was a raining weekend but still had fun together.  We went bowling, did some good shopping, and ate great food.

Emery's first pigtails.  She did not seem to mind the pigtails at all.  I see many more of them in her future.  She looked so cute in them!

Play Time!!

Carson and Emery are starting to play together and it is too cute!!  Emery loves everything about her big brother.  Carson likes Emery as long as she does not try to get his race cars.  And boy does she love to mess with his race cars.  Luckily he has never been very mean to her.  But the other day he did throw a big dump truck at her and she cried look a baby.  Carson needs few lessons on sharing.
