World Down Syndrome Day takes place on March 21. This date represents the three
copies of 21st chromosome, which is unique to people with Down syndrome. The aim
of World Down Syndrome Day is to promote awareness and understanding, seek
support, and to achieve dignity and equal rights for people with Down syndrome.
We had a great time celebrating 'that little something extra' this year!! So
many of our amazing friends came out to help celebrate. We had a huge play date
at Fasken Park. Thank you so
much to everyone for all your support. Emery is amazing and she means the world
to us!

Carson's First Soccer Practice
Carson has been ready for soccer for weeks maybe months now. He is so excited to finally play real soccer. He practices in the front and back yard everyday. He also plays soccer on the Wii and iPad. He knows all the terminology and more. He is very confused as to why there will not be any goalies. We tried to explain to him that he is only four but he still wants a goalie. He is going to be really sad when he finds out that they do not keep score.
